Not far from our store a local area inventor has recently been awarded a grant to further his invention. Much like we take what we can from retail and wholesale outfits as to prevent wasting hard goods, and to provide a benefit to our customer the innovations over at Tremont Electric let its customers save on a whole different level: Energy. With their new invention the company and its founder are looking to harness the kinetic energy that people produce when doing some of their favorite activities, hiking, running, etc., and allow them to use it to power a whole plethora of personal electronics and other things. Ranging from IPods to other stuff... quite the green innovation. Just imagine, those doughnuts you just scarfed down, well they could power your Ipod. That is of course if you quit sitting infront of your computer and moved around a bit.....
